Delivery
For personalised items, please allow up to 28 days for delivery (not including transit time of 1-3 days) and for stock items please allow up to 10 working days for delivery although in most cases you will receive your order sooner. If you require your order urgently please advise at time of ordering so we can inform you whether this will be possible.
Delivery is calculated at checkout and costs are as follows:
Delivery for orders less than £9.99 = £3.50
Delivery for orders between £10.00 and £19.99 = £4.99
Delivery for orders between £20.00 and £74.99 = £5.99
Delivery for orders between £75.00 and £149.99 = £7.99
FREE delivery on orders of £150.00 and over
These charges apply only to UK mainland under 15kg. You will be notified if your order weighs more than 15kg and whether further charges will be applied. For all other locations please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order.
We use the services of several couriers including DHL, UPS, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. Delivery will take place between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Timed or Saturday delivery is available on request but will incur an additional fee dependant on the size and weight of your order. Please contact us for a quote. A signature will be required from you on delivery.
Do Yourself a Favour is not
responsible for any incorrect addresses provided resulting in wrong deliveries so please carefully check the name, address
and post code etc when placing your order. If you have supplied us with an incorrect address and the courier has to make corrections, you may be charged an additional correction fee by the courier.
Do Yourself a Favour will not be held responsible if
attempts to deliver your package were made and no-one was available to receive
the package. In the event of a missed delivery, it will be your responsibility to follow up with the respective shipping company to
track your order or you can arrange to have have it picked up. We will provide you with a tracking order to monitor the progress of your delivery online.
International Delivery
We are happy to ship outside of the UK. Please email us directly for International orders. Please note that the standard £7.99 delivery charge will not apply and postage is dependant on the weight and dimensions of your package. We will provide you with a quote at the time of ordering.
Duties and Taxes
All items entering a foreign
country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and
taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes
are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the
item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. It is your
responsibility to pay duties and taxes as per required by your government.
Please note that once your order
is shipped Do Yourself a Favour has no control of delays in customs of the
country of destination, therefore this item is considered processed. Processed
and shipped orders are non-refundable. If in any case the item has not been
delivered in 40 days, this order is considered lost, Do Yourself a Favour will be
liable for this and a replacement will be made.
Please note in the case of multiple orders where products have differing dispatch times, your complete order will be dispatched when all products become available, i.e. the latest dispatch time advised (standard delivery terms apply).
Collection can be arranged at a mutually convenient date and time.
Subject to availability we can hand deliver any purchased items within the M25 at £0.40p per mile each way. Even if you are not within the M25 we may still be able to deliver to you. Please contact us to arrange. We may even be able to deliver to your venue or planner.
