Can you assemble the boxes for me?
All our boxes are supplied ready assembled lined with tissue or shredded paper and containing the sweets of your choice. Boxes are also finished off with a ribbon and we can also add a tag for an additional cost. Although all our boxes are well packaged for delivery, to avoid damage in transit we do recommend that if you are purchasing tags that you attach these yourself. However, we are happy to do this for you but cannot accept responsibility if ribbons become flat or tags become torn. In the event that tags do become damaged, please advise us as soon as possible and depending on numbers required we will be able to send you replacement tags at no extra cost.
How do jar favours arrive?
As with our boxes, all jar favours come ready filled with the sweet of your choice and ribbon attached. Please see above in regards to damage in transit.
How do the tins arrive?
Lidded tins come already filled with sweets of your choice. With tin pails you have 2 options:
Option 1
We can line the pails with tissue paper and tie a ribbon around the handle and provide the sweets separately in individual polythene bags ready for you to add to the pails or
Option 2
We can place the sweet filled polythene bags directly into the tins (no lining) and finish off the bag with a ribbon
How do the baskets and other packages arrive?
All baskets come lined with tissue paper. For hygiene purposes, sweets are supplied in individual polythene bags ready for you to add on arrival. Please see previous notes in regards to ribbons and tags.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time and date.
Can you deliver straight to my venue?
Yes, we can put all your items together and deliver to your venue if within the M25. A small fee may be applicable. Please contact us to see if we can deliver in your area and for a quote.
Can I buy packaging from you unfilled?
We have put together many collections for our customers and we think we would do a mighty fine job! However, if you'd rather just have jars, boxes or baskets for example, please contact us for a quote.
What if I change my mind about the products I've ordered after I place my order?
If you have ordered 50 blue favours and afterwards decide that actually you want 50 pink favour boxes or you want banana and custard sweets instead of rhubarb and custard please let us know within 3 days of sending payment and and we can usually amend your order at no additional cost.
Do I have to pay for my order upfront?
All payments must be received within 48 hours of placing an order.
