Sweet Buffets
No surprise to us, Sweet Buffets are increasing in popularity - who doesn't like sweets?! They're a great addition to any event or an alternative to traditional favours with the advantage of adding to your venue decoration and getting your guests mingling. For a bit of a twist we can incorporate cookies, cupcakes, candy floss, popcorn or anything else you would like.
Standard Package
Prices start from £2.00 per guest depending on the goodies you choose (each guest will get about 150grams of sweet). If you want us to choose your sweets to match your colour scheme or theme we will advise of the selection and cost and give you the opportunity to make any substitutions. All quotes are based on a minimum of 50 guests and the price quoted includes the following:
Quality sweets and goodies
Quality Glassware (minimum of 8 pieces)
Aluminium Scoops & Tongs
Paper Sweet Bags and/or boxes
Tags and ribbons where applicable
Table Decorated to fit your theme and/or scheme
Set up and collection within the M25 (please contact us for a quote if you are outside of this area - we still may be able to assist!)
Children's Package
Children's packages start from £1.50 per child depending on the goodies you choose (each child will get about 100grams of sweet). If you want us to choose your sweets to match your colour scheme or theme we will advise of the selection and cost and give you the opportunity to make any substitutions. All quotes are based on a minimum of 20 children and the price quoted includes the following:
Quality sweets and goodies
Quality plastic jars and containers (minimum of 5 pieces)
Plastic Scoops & Tongs
Paper Sweet Bags
Tags and ribbons where applicable
Table Decorated to fit your theme and/or scheme
Set up and collection within the M25 (please contact us for a quote if you are outside of this area - we still may be able to assist!). If your children's party finishes before 8pm we will be able to collect on the same days in most instances.
A £25 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This will be deducted from your final total. Full payment is required 14 days before your event. Any cancellations received after full payment has been made will not be refunded. If you book a Sweet Buffet with less than 14 days to go before your event, full payment will be required which will be non refundable should you later cancel.
We also require a £50 security deposit to cover any loss or damage but this will be returned to you once we have checked all the hired items and everything is in order. If any items are lost or damaged we may with-hold some or all of the security deposit.
Notes
- All sweets may contain traces of nuts, wheat and soya
- Collection can take place at a time convenient to you and your venue
- If we cannot accommodate your date we will advise within 24 hours and provide a full refund if you have made a deposit
